How progression works
Three rules that move you up the ladder
- Total bets. Your running total of all bets determines your current level. The total resets only when you withdraw the level-up bonus.
- Activity window. Levels are reviewed periodically. Extended inactivity or insufficient bets can lower your level.
- Maintenance notice. The operator publishes a maintenance window. Treat any level-down email as actionable; check your account.
Cashback range. Cashback runs from 3% at VIP1 to 10% at VIP15. The Rewards page lists up to 15% on some cards - treat the higher value as a peak, not a steady-state number.
