How GetRummyLudo works: from install to first withdrawal
A short, beginner-friendly walkthrough of the GetRummyLudo app - install, KYC, deposit, your first match or contest, and the withdrawal flow. Skim this before the deposit.

Install the verified app

Deposit and set a limit
The minimum deposit is ₹100 across UPI, wallet and most bank rails. The welcome bonus unlocks at ₹100, ₹500 and ₹1,000. Set a weekly deposit limit lower than your discretionary budget before your first top-up - the default is off.

Complete KYC before the first withdrawal
KYC needs a PAN and a bank or UPI handle. The first withdrawal triggers a one-time KYC check; once cleared, subsequent withdrawals settle without repeating the full verification.
Step 6
The withdrawal routine
- Open the Withdraw section. Pick UPI or bank transfer. Confirm the handle matches your KYC name.
- Set the amount. Most operators set a minimum (₹100 typical) and a daily maximum.
- Confirm with the security PIN. The PIN is the final guard. Without it, the request fails.
- Track the status. Withdrawals show as pending, processing, settled or failed. Failed withdrawals usually re-credit within 24 hours.
Common stuck-withdrawal causes. Name mismatch with KYC, unverified bank account, daily limit exceeded, or a bonus balance that has not met its wagering conditions. The customer-care page covers each case.
