GetRummyLudo responsible play: limits, self-exclusion and where to get help

Real-money gaming is a recreational product with a real financial downside for a small share of users. The GetRummyLudo app exposes deposit, loss and time limits, a self-exclusion switch and links to support organisations. Use them before you need them.

Limits

Three settings every user should configure

  1. Deposit limit. Set a weekly ceiling lower than your discretionary entertainment budget. The default is off - most operators do not set this for you.
  2. Loss limit. Once your net losses for the week hit the threshold, the app blocks further play until the next reset. Useful as a hard stop.
  3. Session time limit. A timer logs you out after a chosen session length. Combine with a phone alarm as a backup.
Self-exclusion

How to pause or close the account

  1. Cool-off (24 hours to 30 days). A short pause for users who feel their session is drifting. The app blocks logins during the cool-off.
  2. Self-exclusion (six months to permanent). A longer block. The account is locked for the full exclusion period and any active balance is paid out per the operator's settlement rules.
  3. Account closure. A permanent request. KYC and identity verification are required before any remaining balance is settled.
Where to get help

Indian and international support organisations

The 18+ rule. GetRummyLudo is restricted to verified adults aged 18 and above. KYC is enforced before any withdrawal. If you share a device with a minor, log out and use the app's PIN to prevent unauthorised access.
