How the Sic Bo round actually plays

  • Small and big. Bet on the total being 4-10 (small) or 11-17 (big). Triples lose either side.
  • Triples. Specific triple pays 180:1; any triple pays 30:1.
  • Doubles and singles. Specific double pays 10:1; specific single-number total pays based on the number of hits.
  • Variance. Depends on the bet. Small/big is low variance; triples are very high variance.

Three rules to keep the session inside the budget

  1. Rule 1. Stick to small and big bets. They carry the lowest house edge in the lobby.
  2. Rule 2. Treat triples as entertainment, not strategy. The house edge is high.
  3. Rule 3. Avoid combo bets that include triples. They look balanced; they are not.
